After the successful launch of RDGFilings.com, Research Data Group needed a solution for their customers to have a custom portal for the SEC Filings Data. Eminent Designs designed and created a custom CMS with automatic content creation from the SEC website, custom stock ticker page, PDF and DOC generation. News data is pulled from Google and Yahoo news feeds to minimize data entry. RDGIR is currently running nearly 20 SEC Filing Sites.

About
Research Data Group, Inc. (RDG) was founded as a division of Research Magazine in 1985. Based in San Francisco, RDG was originally named STAR Services, which was the data-division of Research Magazine. RDG took its name and became an independent entity in 1998 when Research Magazine was sold. RDG continued to help public companies fulfill the SEC requirement for a Total Return Performance Graph in DEF 14A filings. That rule was changed effective December 15, 2006, and the graph is now required in the 10-K / Annual Report to Shareholders.
